Energysecurity understood simply asthe needto safeguard energy supplies cannotbereducedtoeconomicconsiderations itisamultidimensional issue.Ifthisvitalmatterisledbymarketforcesorreducedtoenergydialogue betweenpartialstakeholders globalsurveillanceinthisrespectwillfail.In energysecurityandclimatechangemitigationacoordinatedmultilateralapproach istheonlywaytosucceed.
