The Province of Punjab has to focus especially on freedom from‘fear’ and‘want’. It performs well in the index of inequality. ii. Sindh performs well in freedom from‘want’ because of its greater self-reliance and better balance of trade. However, inequality is at a peak in this province, and fiscal policies, in particular, will have to be very progressive. 142
