  • Gleichstellung ist ein zentrales Zukunftsthema für Deutschlands Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation. Trotz hoher Frauenerwerbstätigkeit verhindern steuerliche Fehlanreize, fehlende Care-Infrastruktur und mangelnde Parität in Führungspositionen, dass das Potenzial von Frauen ausgeschöpft wird. Das Policy Paper aus dem Netzwerk ‚Ladies First‘ des Managerkreises der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung fordert ambitionierte Reformen für faire Teilhabe und moderne Gleichstellungspolitik.
