This article examines the different hypotheses for the future of ISIS organization in MENA region and the world. The article offers an indepth analysis on the conditions, mechanisms, and general features that characterized the organization during the preceding period. Then, The article introduces set of recommendations to tackle the possible re-emergence of ISIS like in 2013 and 2014.
