The report on labor protests in Jordan in 2012 analyzes in details the labor protests carried out by workers from different sectors in Jordan in 2012.One of the report�s main aims is to find the reasons behind these protests, in which sectors , in which governorates. The report also documents the number of participants in each protest and analyzes the objectives of these protests to reach adequate solutions to these problems. Either through making direct efforts to help workers and employees to improve their working conditions or by proposing alternative policies to the applied labor policies . In addition to the above, the report follows up on the process of achieving the goals of the protests by stand on the final results to assess the effectiveness of these protests. The process of monitoring and documenting protests is done by two different mechanisms, the first one: by direct communication with the protestors and by analyzing the media coverage, in its various forms, on protests. The report comes as part of a series of reports issued by the Jordanian Labor Watch Project.
