Abstract
The current studys immediate goal is to develop objective criteria of teaching staff competency within a multicultural environment. Such criteria are necessary in terms of assessing teachers work in such an environment on an institutional level, thus allowing the targeted stimulation (both in terms of bonuses and career development opportunities) of said staff (teachers, counselors, school psychologists, educators, principals and their deputies) to perform better in a multicultural school environment. In more general terms, these criteria would allow measuring the educational integration progress, in order to provide feedback on the effectiveness of educational integration policies.
