The project "Trade Unions in Transformation 4.0" has investigated how trade unions worldwide are confronting the new digital world of work. This conclusion paper argues that established trade unions and grassroots initiatives will need to combine their power resources in order to be able to negotiate decent working conditions in the digital and platform economy.
