Summary Early Parliamentary elections were held on October 14 th resulting by victory of the rul­ing Coalition for a European Montenegro, which won 39 out of 81 seats, led by Milo Djukanovic(DPS). The new Government of Montenegro, headed by Djukanovic, who was handed his 7 th term of office as Prime Minister, was established on December 4 th , in the Parliament.
