YLTP N E W S LETTER A word from the Resident Director 1 st Issue of Dear Reader(s) Welcome to our first issue of the Youth Leadership Training Programme(YLTP) Newsletter published by Friedrich-Ebert­Stiftung Tanzania Office. Since YLTP started four years ago it has Youth always been our long term vision to improve the network and to share with you in-depth information about this exciting programme for young leaders. Leadership However due to a number of obstacles this vision has always remained a concept paper. Today we are glad that we have been able to overcome some of these obstacles.
