Executive summary When preparing the report on labor relations and social dialogue in BiH, it is important to take into consideration the relevant facts, i.e. that BiH is a decentralized country comprised of , and that the competences in these particular areas are divided between the stated levels of the state organization, as well as that, due to underdeveloped cooperation, coordination and capacity, the official sta­tistics in BiH are incomplete and of poor quality, which was reflected in individual seg­ments of the report.
