- Im Mittelpunkt von Dänemarks starkem gemeinnützigen Wohnungssektor steht ein revolvierender Investitionsfond, mit Hilfe dessen neue Wohneinheiten geschaffen und alte Wohnungen renoviert werden können. Mieter:innen werden in Entscheidungsprozesse eingebunden und profitieren langfristig von günstigen Mieten. At the center of Denmark's strong non-profit housing sector is a revolving investment fund, the so-called National Building Fund, that provides funding to create new housing units and renovate old ones. Tenants are involved in decision-making processes and benefit from favorable rents in the long term.
