Abstract
- Leerstehende Wohnungen werden durch das Bizigune Programm vom Staat angemietet und als Sozialwohnungen 6 Jahre zur Verfügung gestellt. Aus dem Modell profitieren alle Stakeholder, vor allem für den Staat ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass Sozialwohnungen so schneller und günstiger als durch Neubau zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Vacant dwellings are rented from the state through the Bizigune program and made available as social housing for the duration of 6 years. All stakeholders benefit from the model, especially the state, as social housing can be made available more quickly and cheaper than through new construction.
